If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. These include:
- Opened perfume bottles.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless specified).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item for a different fragrance or product, we will gladly facilitate the exchange within the return window. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@trendxsgloss.com. The new item will be shipped to you once we receive the original product.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@trendxsgloss.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Ensure that the item is properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the item was damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us.
