  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. This is the most affordable option and will be automatically selected unless you choose a different method.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days. This option is faster but comes with a higher shipping cost.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available in select regions, ensuring delivery the next business day. Available at a premium cost.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over a certain amount (please check the website for promotions), we offer free shipping on standard orders within the United States.

Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout, and you will be given the option to choose your preferred shipping method.

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location, the shipping method selected, and external circumstances (e.g., weather, customs processing).
  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping, 2 to 5 business days for expedited shipping, and overnight shipping is available in select regions.
  • International Orders: International deliveries generally take 7 to 21 business days, depending on the country. Delivery times can vary based on customs processing and local postal systems.
  • Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

3. International Shipping

TrendxGloss proudly offers international shipping to several countries. Please note the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
  • Shipping Delays: Customs processing or delays at the destination country’s postal service can occasionally affect delivery times. While we will do our best to ensure timely shipping, TrendxGloss is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the local postal services.
  • Restricted Products: Some products may have restrictions for international shipping due to laws and regulations in certain countries. We will notify you if there is an issue with shipping your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, there are some restrictions:

  • Certain Items: Some products, such as flammable items or those regulated by law, may not be eligible for shipping to certain regions.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • P.O. Boxes: In certain cases, we may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, depending on the carrier and the shipping method selected.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may take longer.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues, Missing or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely, but occasionally problems can arise during shipping.

  • Missing Packages: If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance. If the package has not been delivered after a reasonable time, we will help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process where possible.
